It will consist of 4 Specialty Cheeses selected by our director and Master Judge Ian Roberton.
The fab four will deliver flavour and texture and are picked for their unique characteristics.
- Maffra Farmhouse Brie – A true Normandy Style Brie ripened to perfection.
- Tanjil Blue – Rich Buttery texture, a true Blue cheese.
- Maffra Longhold Cloth Cheddar – Cut from a 12.0 kg wheel, aged for over 2 years.
- Meredith Marinated Goats Cheese – Perfect for breakfast, lunch or dinner.

There is NO delivery charge for Metro deliveries.
Areas outside Metro may attract a delivery charge. Please inquire when placing your order.
You can also order as a gift or a thank you for someone special.
What you get
The Marinated Cheese is a 320 gram jar.
The Brie, Blue and cheddar are cut from larger wheels, so weight will vary a little, but they will average 250 gram each.
You will receive approx 1.0 kg of cheese in total.
All cheeses are selected from our aged and ripened stock
They are not pre-wedged supermarket cheeses. That’s not what we do.
Our packs are delivered refrigerated on the day of dispatch from the warehouse.
This eliminates the need for ice-packs and other non-environmentally friendly material.
We also provide detailed tasting notes, including suggested wine & food matching s also how to prepare and serve the cheese. We also provide details as to how to store and keep the cheese in perfect condition.
That is if you don’t eat it all straight away!
